Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations (Category & Trade) in Makati, Philippines. This role leads the Philippines Sales Operations andCommercial Excellence agenda across all categories and channels, with accountability for sales strategy, RTM, analytics, and governance.

Onsite with one remote day weekly after 3 months, travel may be required. The ideal candidate has 10+ years field sales experience, strong leadership, and a track record in Trade Marketing and category management

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related.
• Strong experience translating customer/market insights into commercial strategy.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and lead cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define Route-to-Market strategies, channel coverage models, and execution plans.
• Develop and govern channel KPIs, Perfect Store standards, and execution frameworks.
• Drive category growth and in-store excellence through shopper insights and merchandising.
• Lead category management and in-store execution capabilities.
• Oversee commercial analytics, sales technology, and data-driven insights.
• Lead sales forecasting, S&OP alignment, and inventory governance.
• Manage trade spend strategy, commercial investments, financial governance, and distributor claims.
• Own sales performance management, incentive governance, budget and target setting.
