Mondelēz International in Southeast Asia is seeking a Trade Marketing professional to lead category planning, activation and selling strategies in the Philippines. You will collaborate with key account managers to deliver annual targets and profitable growth across channels.

You will analyze market dynamics, influence investments in category building blocks and guide multi-category teams to drive POS excellence at the point of sale.

• Leads the development of the trade marketing part of the category annual plans (contract process).
• Understands market dynamics by channel to support trade marketing decisions.
• Leads the business planning meeting to build sales quotas for annual plans.
• Suggests investments in category building blocks and ensures POS execution excellence.
• Monitors competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats for the brand.
• Provides channel-specific POS information to drive cross-category opportunities and promotions.
