Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Industrial Eng, or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing operations, trade/retail marketing management with 2+ years in supervision.
• Experience in multi-store/branch retail environments (hardware, construction materials, automotive parts, FMCG).
• Proven budget management, process design, cross-functional project management.
• Experience with basic marketing automation, POS systems, and inventory interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Trade Marketing Operations: Develop and standardize the operational playbook for all trade and local store marketing programs.
• Channel Enablement: Create toolkit for sales and store teams to sell promotions to B2B clients and trade professionals.
• Budget & ROI Management: Own budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI analysis for trade marketing activities.
• Promotion Execution: Oversee end-to-end logistics of trade promotions from design to reconciliation.
