Job summary

Our Clients in Cebu is seeking an Area Sales and Operations Manager to oversee sales performance and day‑to‑day operations across multiple branches in the Talamban region. You will drive revenue growth, ensure service standards, optimize processes, and implement company strategies.

You will lead Branch Managers and frontline teams, monitor branch performance, conduct quarterly reviews, and champion customer experience through consistent service.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or operations management, preferably overseeing multiple branches.
Experience managing branch-level teams and achieving sales targets.
Willingness to conduct regular field visits and travel within the area.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute area sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
Oversee day-to-day multi-branch operations and ensure policy implementation.
Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and other staff.
Ensure high-quality customer service and handle feedback timely.
