Full onsite role requiring expertise in sales planning, forecasting, KPIs, and leadership across locations. Travel to branches will be regular to align execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years in sales and operations with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing multi-location operations and teams.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales and ops strategies.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead overall sales and operations strategies.
• Oversee performance of multiple branches or locations.
• Lead annual sales plans, targets, forecasts and growth strategies.
• Conduct business performance reviews and identify opportunities.
• Drive initiatives to improve sales performance and efficiency.
• Establish branch and team KPIs and monitor progress.
• Coach branch managers and sales leaders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.
