Job summary

Transitions executive search + hr business solutions in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a Sales Manager for Heavy Infrastructure Products to expand the customer base in Visayas. The role reports to VP of Sales with dotted line to CEO and leads marketing plans, drives growth, and strengthens the brand.

You will guide cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, manage key accounts, and develop multi-product sales programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least five (5) years in leadership role.
Proven expertise in market research, sales strategy development, and budget management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in working and managing cross-functional team.
Expert in contract negotiations, customer relationship management, and develop sales programs across multiple product lines.
