MNLeistung Inc. is hiring a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager (Software Solutions) to drive growth for corporate clients in a field sales environment.

You will conduct meetings, deliver software demonstrations, and tailor solutions to client needs while managing the full sales cycle. The role requires at least 3 years of B2B software/IT sales experience, exceptional communication and closing skills, and willingness to travel to meet clients.

Qualifications

• 3 years of B2B sales experience, with software/IT sales considered an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent client relationship management and business development abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate (B2B) clients through field sales, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations.
• Understand clients' business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with key decision-makers.
• Grow and manage existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Aim to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and submit accurate reports.
• For Senior Sales Manager applicants, lead, coach, and develop the sales team to consistently achieve targets.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing a sales pipeline independently.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
• Leadership experience is preferred for Senior Sales Manager applicants.
