Job summary

Manly Plastics, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Sales Executive to own growth across assigned products and territories within the Retail – Proprietary Products group.

You will identify new prospects, pitch to decision-makers, negotiate terms, close deals, and collaborate with support teams on coordinated sales plans. You will also nurture long-term customer partnerships and coach junior sales staff to improve overall team performance, with clear career paths into leadership roles such as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of solid, relevant sales experience.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
• Strong commercial negotiation, client relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to coach and support team members.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
• Work Locations: West Avenue Quezon City, La Trinidad Benguet, Sto Tomas Batangas, Cabuyao Laguna, Mandaue Cebu & Lanang Davao.

Responsibilities

• Owns expanding business volume and drives revenue growth across assigned products/territories.
