Job summary

Manly Plastics, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales unit’s administrative and operational backbone. You will process sales orders, schedule dispatches, prepare quotations, and maintain compliance records while partnering with internal teams and retail staff.

The role offers structured onboarding, mentorship from sales supervisors, exposure to end-to-end trade operations, and opportunities for advancement into sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related business course (equivalent practical experience considered)
• High attention to detail, specifically regarding compliance documents and accreditation records
• Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, orders, schedules, and documents.
• Good communication skills and the confidence to coordinate with internal teams, customers, and retail personnel.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders
• Schedule dispatches
• Prepare official quotations for the Proprietary Sales Group
• Maintain updated supplier accreditation documents
• Support bidding and stock transfer activities
• Conduct retail store visits to inspect inventory and merchandising displays
• Send weekly order tracking and sales updates to the Sales Executive
