Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required, 2–4 years preferred.
• Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter with sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day training in classroom environment, monitor trainee progress, coach, and provide feedback.
• Deliver training using effective presentation and facilitation techniques across multiple modalities.
• Prepare and present training materials for technical, customer service, and sales accounts.
• Evaluate Associate Trainers and provide recommendations under supervision.
• Achieve individual training performance metrics.
• Facilitate transition from training to production, ensuring competency meets business needs.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge by taking calls and attending meetings.
• Communicate effectively with managers and clients.
• Produce training materials for various instructional methods (CBT, classroom, written aids).
• Measure training effectiveness using feedback methods and revise programs accordingly.
