Job summary

Bioessence Group of Companies in the Philippines is seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and assess onboarding and ongoing training for our sales teams. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Operations to identify needs and create effective learning programs that align with business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field, proven sales training experience, and strong presentation and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales training, coaching, or business development.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop sales personnel.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding and sales training programs for new and existing employees.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs based on performance data.
• Provide coaching and feedback to improve sales performance.
• Track progress and report on learning outcomes and ROI.
