Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a Trainer II to deliver client-focused training addressing new hire, product updates and recursive training for superior workforce preparation and service delivery.

The role involves guiding agents in the classroom, applying varied delivery methods, and collaborating with Operations to transition agents to production while keeping product knowledge current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field with 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills (communication, critical thinking, time management, teamwork).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter with sense of urgency and composure under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and professional relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day functional direction of agents in the training classroom, monitoring progress and coaching.
• Utilize presentation and facilitation skills with multiple training modalities.
• Prepare and present training materials through classroom, hands-on demonstrations, and activities.
• Achieve and monitor individual training performance metrics.
• Support transition of agents from training to production, ensuring competency.
• Maintain product knowledge by attending meetings and performing side-by-side observations.
• Ensure clear communication with managers, peers, and clients.
