Shore360’s client, a growing cleaning services company, seeks a Senior Sales Coordinator to drive sales support and coordination. You will manage enquiries, proposals, and quotes, and coordinate with service partners to convert leads into booked work.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales support, strong English communication, and experience with Excel and Salesforce. The role involves AI-enabled process improvements, diary support, and reporting to the National Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales support or sales coordination, handling multiple priorities
• Strong phone manner and persuasive communication
• Advanced Excel skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to navigate AI tools daily
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Coordinate one-off sales jobs from enquiry to completion, aligning customers, internal teams and service partners
• Prepare accurate, well-presented tenders, proposals and quotes
• Make outbound calls to follow up leads and convert them into booked work
• Maintain a clean Salesforce pipeline and up-to-date data
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the National Sales Manager
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate or simplify them using AI tools
• Provide diary and appointment support for the sales team and management
