Shore360, a 100% Australian-owned BP firm based in the Philippines, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator. This role centers the sales process from enquiry to delivery, coordinating stakeholders, preparing quotes, and nurturing opportunities to booked work.

You will manage the Salesforce pipeline, generate regular reports for the National Sales Manager, and leverage AI tools to streamline tasks. Strong English, five years of sales support, and advanced Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of sales support or sales coordination experience in a service industry.
• A confident phone manner, clear spoken English, and strong persuasion skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel
• Very high attention to detail
• The ability to juggle many tasks and follow through without being told what to do
• Comfort using AI tools daily
• Ability to navigate SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end sales jobs from inquiry to completion with stakeholders.
• Prepare tenders, proposals and quotes.
• Make outbound calls to follow up leads and convert to bookings.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline.
• Produce weekly and monthly sales reports for the National Sales Manager.
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate with AI tools.
• Provide diary and appointment support for the team and management.

About the Client:

This is a growing cleaning services company with Australian operations, is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Coordinator. This is not an order-taking or quiet admin role. You'll be at the center of how the business wins and delivers sales.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate one-off sales jobs from first enquiry to completion, keeping customers, the internal team, and service partners aligned
• Prepare accurate, well-presented tenders, proposals, and quotes
• Make outbound calls to follow up leads and quotes and convert them into booked work
• Keep the Salesforce pipeline accurate and up to date
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for the National Sales Manager
• Spot repetitive tasks and automate or simplify them, using AI tools daily
• Provide diary and appointment support for the sales team and management

What you'll bring:

• At least 5 years of sales support or sales coordination experience, ideally in a service industry, with a track record of managing multiple priorities at pace
• A confident phone manner, clear spoken English, and strong persuasion skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced Excel
• Very high attention to detail

• Comfort using AI tools daily
• Ability to navigate SharePoint
