Job summary

Shore360 is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to support revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, developing, and nurturing sales opportunities across residential and commercial channels. You will serve as a central connection between customers, digital leads, market intelligence, and the field sales network, providing concierge-level support throughout the project journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or higher is preferred.
• Proven ability to qualify opportunities and nurture leads.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects from various inbound and outbound channels.
• Act as primary concierge contact for qualified leads and maintain Caesarstone brand experience.
• Qualify opportunities using defined criteria and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with field sales and fabricator partners to advance opportunities.
• Prepare and present product/service information and demonstrations where appropriate.
