Job summary

WrkPod Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to bridge customers, the internal team, and service partners. You will support sales activities, prepare tender documentation, and coordinate quotes and visits. The role emphasizes automation, data storytelling, and strong communication to drive faster, smarter deals.

You will work with our Salesforce-based workflows, Excel-heavy analyses, and AI-assisted tasks to keep pipelines moving and opportunities progressing on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven sales support or sales coordination experience in a service industry.
• Advanced Salesforce (or similar CRM) skills to build and automate within the platform.
• Confident phone manner with strong persuasion and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail when preparing tender and proposal documentation.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel) and SharePoint navigation.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
• Bias for action with a curious, proactive mindset.
• Experience supporting sales/business development teams.

Responsibilities

• Sales Coordination & Delivery: Own coordination of one-off sales jobs from inquiry to completion, aligning customer, team, and service partners.
• Be the mover who chases blockers and follows through to completion.
• Turn quotes and jobs around quickly and accurately for customers.
• Coordinate service partners to deliver one-off works on time and to standard.
• Tenders, Proposals & Sales Support: Prepare tender documentation and sharp sales proposals and presentations.
• Make outbound calls to follow up leads and quotes to convert interest into bookings.
• Keep the sales pipeline accurate in Salesforce with proper recording of opportunities.
• Systems, Process & Automation: Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and look for automation opportunities.
• Use AI tools daily to draft, research, analyze, and accelerate work.
• Reporting & Insights: Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports with clear, actionable insights.
• General: Record meeting minutes, track actions, and book sales appointments.
