• 4+ years’ experience in client-facing role, involving SaaS or web-based solutions.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets with formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, COUNTIF).
• Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact via email, live chat, and phone.
• Resolve issues directly or with internal resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train and onboard new and existing customers to maximize product usage.
• Update CRM with training and support information and maintain data accuracy.
