Job summary

Alt Legal, Inc. is seeking a Data Migration and Onboarding Specialist based in the Philippines. In this role, you will manage client data migration and customer onboarding with a significant focus on Excel. You will work closely with clients to ensure seamless transitions and effective data management.

The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in a data-focused role and is proficient in Excel. This position supports remote work options, offering a collaborative environment where you can develop and grow your skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a data/implementation-focused role involving support of SaaS or professional web-based solutions.
• 2+ years’ experience working from home.
• Experience with CSMs (e.g., Vitally/ChurnZero) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support new and existing customers in onboarding IP data.
• Perform data mapping and manage complex datasets.
• Migrate customers' data into our preferred format.
• Coordinate inputs needed from customers and stakeholders.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
