Job summary

Basil Health is seeking a confident sales professional in the Philippines who can own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery calls to negotiation and closing—with senior decision-makers across international markets.

You will build trusted relationships, deliver product pitches for CalmSync and Brainwave Science solutions, and work with leadership to refine messaging while reporting on pipeline and revenue in a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships.
• Based in the Philippines with excellent spoken and written English.
• Proven closer capable of moving deals to signature or payment.
• Experience selling SaaS or enterprise solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build a healthy pipeline across the US, Europe, and APAC.
• Speak with senior decision-makers and tailor the pitch to buyers.
• Deliver product pitches and demos connecting challenges to value.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast pipeline and revenue.
