Job summary

MedVirtual is seeking a Sales & Account Manager in the Philippines to drive client acquisition and manage existing accounts. Ideal candidates excel in wellness/healthcare, with strong communication and a passion for client success.

You will onboard clients, maintain high-touch engagement, and grow relationships through regular check-ins and performance reviews, while identifying upsell opportunities and guiding full-cycle deals from prospecting to close.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of closing sales in wellness/healthcare with full-cycle selling.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) for tracking and onboarding.
• Strong consultative selling; capable of tailoring solutions and conducting demos.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Comfortable with KPIs and performance metrics.
• Willing to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients or patients and ensure a smooth, seamless transition into services
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining high-touch communication
• Build long-term client relationships through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and proactive support
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to maximize client value
• Conduct consultative sales calls, virtual demos, and service consultations tailored to client needs
• Manage a full-cycle sales pipeline—from prospecting and qualification to close and handoff
• Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and client information in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and messaging while staying informed on market trends and client needs
