Job summary
Mojro in Bengaluru (Work from Office) seeks a Senior Implementation & Customer Success Engineer to lead the end-to-end onboarding of enterprise customers and ensure ongoing technical success post–go-live. You will own solution design, integrations, deployment, and advanced troubleshooting across assigned accounts.
The role focuses on delivering rapid time-to-value, scalable deployment configurations, and sustained adoption in production environments, with strong emphasis on customer-facing
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations, technical onboarding, customer success engineering, or solutions consulting.
- Strong experience creating SOW, TDD, FDD, and workflow/architecture documentation.
- Cloud deployments, data migration, and environment configuration expertise.
- Ability to manage multiple enterprise projects with excellent communication and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycle including discovery, scoping, design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Own integration activities including API, Webhook, FTP/SFTP, and data flow setups.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT with customers and drive defect triage with Product & Engineering teams.
- Serve as the primary technical contact post-go-live and ensure ongoing success and adoption.
