Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Client Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end client onboarding, mobilization and go-live programs from handoff through stabilisation. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional delivery across Operations, IT, HR, Finance and Legal to maximise go-live success and client value.

You will manage go-live conversion, headcount realization and revenue uplift while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Hybrid work setup with regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in client implementation or related PM roles.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional implementations in BPO/MSP or similar.
• Bachelor's degree required; PM/CI certifications are an advantage.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client implementation lifecycle from handoff to go-live and stabilization.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal/Compliance and client teams.
• Drive governance, risk management and accountability for delivery commitments.
• Develop and grow the CI team; standardise implementation governance and onboarding.
• Identify risks early and implement practical recovery plans with clear owners.
