Job summary

Rithum is a remote-first company delivering a commerce network platform that accelerates onboarding for brands, suppliers, and retailers. They are seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead discovery, design scalable solutions, and own complex deployments for strategic clients.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and drive AI-enabled improvements across delivery and enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing technical role within SaaS, onboarding or solution engineering for enterprise clients.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Deep experience with product data feed formats (XML, TXT, CSV, JSON) and FTP protocols.
• Advanced expertise in REST and SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and HTML.
• Ability to manage multiple complex client projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to document processes and create technical enablement materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution design during late-stage sales engagements for strategic clients.
• Develop complex implementation plans and ensure seamless handoffs to delivery and support teams.
• Own the technical implementation and optimization of high-impact client projects, customizing solutions to meet business requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for advanced issues related to software, product data feeds, API integrations, and FTP.
• Provide expert-level platform training and consultation to client stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Client Success to ensure client needs are met.
• Mentor and coach junior Client Success engineers and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop technical enablement resources (webinars, videos, documentation) to support onboarding at scale.
• Use AI for recurring deliverables and share prompts/workflows with the team.
