Job summary

Multiply Mii is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to architect, deliver, and enable software implementations for trades and construction clients. You will own the full lifecycle from discovery through go-live, partnering with CFOs and field teams to fit accounting ecosystems to business needs.

This senior, client-facing role requires deep accounting knowledge with hands-on QBO expertise and construction-app stack familiarity, led with AI-driven optimizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or administering QuickBooks Online for trades, construction, or project-based businesses.
• Strong US GAAP accounting foundation including accrual accounting, job costing, WIP, percentage-of-completion, AR/AP, payroll, sales tax, and month-end close.
• Hands-on experience with third-party apps common in the trades/construction ecosystem: JobTread, Knowify, ServiceTitan, Procore, CompanyCam, Bill.com, Ramp, Gusto, Melio.
• Proven success leading multiple concurrent enterprise implementations end-to-end.
• Strong solution design skills: design docs, workflow diagrams, and configuration specs translating requirements into a working system.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills; lead discovery workshops and present solutions to owners, controllers, and operational leaders.
• Self-directed, highly organized, and able to manage a book of client engagements fully remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Nice-to-Have: QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification (Advanced preferred).
• Nice-to-Have: CPA, CMA, or active progress toward certification.
• Nice-to-Have: Experience in accounting firms, fractional CFO/controller or implementation/consulting for construction/trades.
• Nice-to-Have: Experience integrating field-operations tools with QBO.
• Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools on QBO (LiveFlow, PowerBi, Fathom, Reach Reporting).
• Nice-to-Have: Experience with data migrations into QBO.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle: gather requirements, design documents, workflow diagrams, and training for customers.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise implementations from inception through go-live.
• Architect the right solution: create a vision that solves business pains and supports end users.
• Lead discovery workshops and present software options to stakeholders.
• Advise on best practices for design and project execution, including COA, job costing, WIP, progress billing, and period-end close.
• Resolve challenges and evolve configurations as the business grows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate process uncertainties into actionable requirements.
• Present customized solutions showing how QBO-centered stack meets client goals.
• Enable the team by building solutions that leverage the full Company Services suite.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, templates, and enablement materials.
