Transvirtual is seeking a US-focused Onboarding Project Manager to drive end-to-end SaaS implementations for logistics clients, combining project leadership with AI-powered workflows.

Based in the Philippines, you will coordinate sales handoff to go-live, work across ANZ and US time zones, and own timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.

• Proven experience in project management within a B2B SaaS implementation context.
• Naturally curious and self-directed—you actively seek answers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.
• Strong time management and prioritisation across multiple workstreams.
• Confident in facilitating client-facing sessions and trainings.
• Collaborative and adaptive working style.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and implementation of B2B SaaS projects.
• Drive projects to on-time completion, manage risks and timelines.
• Maintain governance using PM tools, CRMs, and docs.
• Partner with sales at handoff to understand client requirements and goals.
• Lead client meetings to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Serve as primary link between clients and internal teams (support, integrations).
• Guide account setup and client validation/testing.
• Develop platform expertise and understand end-to-end product capabilities.
• Leverage AI tools to improve onboarding workflows and outcomes.
• Guide clients through platform navigation with confidence.
• Continually identify concrete process improvements for onboarding.
