Job summary

Concentrix Makati is seeking a Business Partner - Specialist in Customer Success to manage high volumes of customer contacts by phone and email daily. You will verify information, perform health checks, and build product knowledge to handle objections while documenting feedback and metrics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Experience achieving personal and team sales quotas/goals.
• Experience in high-volume calling.
• Experience learning new technology and data.
• Ability to follow call scripts and be process oriented.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Experience or willingness to work from home.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume of customer contacts and communications via phone and email each day.
• Verify contact information using search and productivity tools.
• Conduct health checks at recurring intervals to gauge product satisfaction and value completion.
• Develop product knowledge to address customer objections.
• Document and track feedback and measurements through surveys, calls and emails.
• Capture customers' product expectations, experiences, satisfaction, and likelihood of abandonment.
• Address customer concerns/roadblocks through appropriate channels.
• Collaborate with teams to promote a positive customer experience.
