Fresenius Medical Care Philippines is seeking a Subject Matter Senior Specialist in Accounting to Reporting to strengthen the Record to Report operations from our Manila hybrid office. The role demands deep RTR process expertise and the ability to guide complex transactions.

You will lead technical direction, participate in projects, deliver trainings, ensure GAAP adherence, and collaborate to optimize processes and meet deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required/preferred.
• CPA license is preferred.
• Experience with GAAP and financial reporting processes.

• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of RTR operations and controls.
• Provide technical leadership and direction for RTR projects.
• Deliver trainings to enhance team performance and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and Global Accounting Policies.
• Identify process improvements and drive timely delivery of initiatives.
• Support audits and collaborate with teams to address issues.
