Qualifikationen

• GAAP knowledge and accounting standards experience.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role within R2R.
• 5–8 years in Record to Report domain.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Experience in Shared Services or BPO is a plus.
• Fluent English communications.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and review ATR transactional accounting, reporting and closing processes for Fixed Assets, Intercompany and General Ledger.
• Ensure reports and transactions follow GAAP and global policies.
• Monitor leave and attendance; supervise day-to-day team work.
• Support ATR operations, including review and approval for complex transactions.
• Lead process improvements and migration initiatives with management.
• Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables and KPI reporting.
• Act as escalation point and drive issue resolution with managers.
• Develop a high-performing RTR team and provide guidance and training.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure transparency and value-added service delivery.
