Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an ATR Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge of Record to Report processes to support daily RTR operations, review transactions, provide guidance, and deliver training under supervision.

You will ensure GAAP compliance, lead process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive accuracy across General Ledger, intercompany, fixed assets, month-end close, reconciliations, and consolidation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• 4–6 years of Record to Report experience with GAAP, closing, reconciliation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of RTR operations.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance.
• Review transactions and reports; back up during handovers.
• Create and deliver trainings to enhance team performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with team to address customer needs and issues.
• Participate in audits as required.
