Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Philippines is seeking an Subject Matter Expert in Accounting to Reporting for a hybrid role in Bonifacio Global City, Manila. You will lead RTR operations, review complex transactions, and ensure GAAP compliance across the financial close.

The role requires technical leadership, training delivery, audits support, and cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements within the R2R Tower.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R).
• Experience with SAP and Shared Services environments.
• Strong communication and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of RTR processes and back-up during handovers.
• Provide technical leadership, reviews, and guidance for complex transactions.
• Lead project planning, execution, and trainings to enhance team performance.
• Identify improvements, drive corrective actions, and support audits.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and alignment with Global Accounting Policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address issues and meet deadlines.
