Fresenius Medical Care seeks an experienced R2R professional to support complex transactions and reports, ensuring GAAP compliance and quality. You will lead process improvements and collaborate with the leadership team to advance R2R Tower objectives.

Applicants should have 6–8 years in Record to Report, CPA preferred, SAP experience, and strong English communication. Experience with migrations and transition projects is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• 6–8 years in Record to Report or similar area.
• Experience with SAP and Shared Services/BPO.
• Process migration experience is a plus.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and controls.
• Proficient in MS Office and data reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support in R2R operations including approval of transactions and reports.
• Identify process improvements and drive assigned initiatives to completion.
• Ensure transactions and reports comply with GAAP and corporate policies.
• Identify, rectify and follow up on issues; document root causes.
• Contribute to leadership goals for the R2R Tower.
• Perform internal controls review and related documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for audit requirements and inquiries.
• Update SOPs to reflect process changes.
