Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking a senior RTR professional to lead the complete Record-to-Report lifecycle in our Manila-based Shared Services unit. You will oversee GL, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting while coordinating with global teams to meet tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA or CMA, 7–10 years of experience in RTR, and a proven track record in SAP and advanced Excel, with strong leadership and process-improvement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• CPA or CMA certification required.
• 7-10 years of progressive RTR or accounting operations experience.
• Experience with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Advanced SAP and Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle including GL, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Supervise preparation, review, and validation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Ensure timely month-, quarter-, and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and policies.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines.
• Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen controls.
• Generate and present financial reports using SAP and advanced Excel.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
