Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Philippines is seeking an ATR Subject Matter Expert with extensive knowledge of Record to Report processes. You will provide daily operations support, supervise work, and train teammates while working under limited supervision.

The role emphasizes GAAP compliance, process improvements, leadership collaboration, and ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting within the R2R Tower. Strong English communication and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• CPA license preferred.
• Experience in G/L, intercompany, fixed assets, month-end closing, reconciliation, reporting, consolidation, and lease accounting.
• Experience in transitions/projects for process improvement.
• Proven results in crisis management, process improvements, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in SAP and Shared Services Center/BPO.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge in RTR operations and support complex transactions.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction.
• Participate in project planning and execution.
• Ensure project outcomes align with specifications and standards.
• Create and deliver trainings to enhance team knowledge.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in audits as required.
• Collaborate with the team to address customer needs and issues.
• Provide guidance during decision-making processes.
• Identify root causes and implement action plans to address issues.
