Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Subject Matter Senior Specialist to support Record to Report operations in the Manila region. The role covers (R2R) transaction review, GAAP alignment, and leadership in process improvements, with responsibility for training and knowledge sharing across the RTR team.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and ideally a CPA license, with 4–6 years of R2R experience and SAP expertise, plus strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
• CPA license preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R).
• Experience with SAP and Shared Services/BPO.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of RTR operations and support more complex transactions.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction in R2R.
• Participate in project planning and execution.
• Ensure project outcomes meet specifications and standards.
• Create and deliver trainings to enhance team knowledge.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in audits as required.
• Collaborate with the team to address customer needs and issues.
• Guide decision-making processes and address root causes.
