Job summary

Publicis Groupe in Manila (Makati) is seeking a Finance Business Partner Manager to oversee revenue closing, ensure accurate reporting, and act as a strategic finance partner to the Publicis Media business. You will drive forecasting, analyze variances, and support business decisions with actionable insights.

You'll lead a small team, collaborate with Finance and Media stakeholders, and promote process improvements, controls, and standard reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred
5-7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or business partnering roles
Experience in media, advertising, or project-based industries is highly preferred
Background in external audit or strong audit exposure is an advantage

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end revenue closing processes with accuracy and completeness
Validate revenue balances and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation
Review revenue flash reports and align operational data with financial reporting
Ensure revenue recognition complies with Groupe policies and standards
Lead forecasting cycles (flash, rolling forecast, budget) and variance analysis
Identify revenue risks and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations
Partner with Media and Agency Leads to track revenue performance and margins
Drive process improvements and standardization across agencies
Lead and develop the Finance Business Partner Associate
Review deliverables for quality and timeliness
