Job summary

Publicis Groupe in the Philippines invites an experienced Finance Media Manager to join our global network. You will partner with BU leads and cross-functional teams to monitor key financial metrics across campaigns and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance experience.
• Accounting degree or CPA/CA qualification.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving ability.
• Ability to combine multiple data points to draw conclusions
• Apply systematic approach to identify and eliminate root cause

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BU leads and cross-functional teams to track key financial metrics, including media budgets, PO utilization, and Goods Receipt vs PO.
• Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and recommendations to improve agency performance across financial metrics.
• Lead discussions with client finance counterparts and media leads to provide required regular financial reports and support audits.
• Lead end-to-end operational finance processes for client campaigns, including monitoring and reconciliation of all POs to ensure timely and accurate client book closings.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, processes, and client-specific requirements.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies in reporting, reconciliations, and PO management.
• Work closely with Agency Client Lead and capability leads in operationalizing approved Plan to Payment (P2P) process.

FINANCE MEDIA MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BU leads and cross-functional teams (financial business partner, media finops, media ops & resources team) to track key financial metrics, including media budgets, Purchase Order utilization, and % of Goods Receipt vs. Purchase Order, and others.
• Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and recommendations to improve agency performance across financial metrics.
• Lead discussions with client finance counterparts and media leads to provide required regular financial reports and support client audits.
• Lead the end-to-end operational finance processes for client campaigns, including monitoring and reconciliation of all POs to ensure timely and accurate client book closings.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, processes, and client-specific requirements.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies in operational finance activities, including reporting, reconciliations, and PO management.
• Work closely with Agency Client Lead plus agency and capability leads in operationalizing approved Plan to Payment (P2P) process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant finance experience
• A degree in accounting or a professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, etc.)
• Analytical thinking / problem solving ability.
• Ability to combine multiple and different data points to draw conclusions
