Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an FP&A Manager in Metro Manila to translate financial data into clear insights that support growth, disciplined operations, and long‑term planning. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to equip leadership with timely information.

You will work with operations and leadership to connect financial performance with business execution, manage multi‑entity reporting (P&L by unit/country), ensure strong internal controls, and uphold GAAP

Qualifications

Requires Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
CPA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
At least 5 years in finance with controllership focus.
Experience in multi-entity environment.
Exposure to audit and ERP-enabled finance environments.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Provide actionable insights for senior management
Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements
Create P&L per business unit/per country and other management reports
Ensure timely & accurate financial statements and management actuals
Prepare and analyze Financial Reports
Interpret cash flow and working capital
Identify and mitigate financial risks
Govern financial integrity and ensure consistent policy application across entities
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain internal controls
