Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking aSenior Real Estate Advisor to develop business in Makati, leading negotiations and client engagements across sales, leasing and advisory services. You will build relationships with tenants and landlords, present leasing options and market insights, and coordinate transaction materials under supervision.

Responsibilities include data mining, RFP preparation, and contributing to market reports, with a focus on retail and cross-sector expertise.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building and cross-selling of CBRE services.
• Provide tenants and landlords with information on leasing availability, market conditions and property values.
• Accompany clients to property sites to discuss features, rates and terms.
• Prepare market data reports, briefs and listings for client engagements.
• Coordinate materials for transactions including leases, listings and sales agreements.
• Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values and regulations.
