Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Makati seeks a Senior Manager for Retail Advisory to grow and run our advisory business, originating mandates from brands and developers while leading market profiling, location analysis and feasibility work. You will manage end-to-end projects, coordinate with Research and Leasing teams, coach analysts, and deliver sound retail investment recommendations to clients.

Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field.
At least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong grasp of PH retail dynamics and tenant/landlord economics.
Experience in market profiling, catchment analysis, and feasibility modeling.
Excellent presentation, negotiation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize advisory prospects among retail brands and developers.
Lead end-to-end advisory projects: scoping, timelines and QA.
Engage clients, understand expansion strategy and manage relationships.
Coordinate with Research, Retail Leasing, Landlord Representation, Capital Markets.
Coach and develop analysts and associates; set standards for rigor.
