Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Makati City, Philippines, is seeking a Full-time role to develop business and negotiate selling, leasing and marketing of commercial real estate properties for clients.

The successful candidate will meet revenue targets, secure new opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver market insights and transactions across CBRE services.

Job Summary

Working under general supervision, develops business and negotiated the selling, leasing and marketing of commercial real estate properties for clients. Involved in developing deals of moderate complexity. Meets defined revenue/sales production requirement.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building and cross-selling of additional CBRE services.


• Grasps needs of tenants and landlords and provides them with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions, and property values.


• Accompanies prospective clients to property sites to discuss property features, leasing rates, and terms.


• Compiles property data of clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments with supervisor’s advice.


• Prepares Request for Proposals (RFP) and reviews RFP responses. Analyzes data and prepares real estate reports on average asking rents, tenants, in the market, historical data, and market comparisons.


• Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.


• Prepares offers, term sheets, and lease amendments. Assesses unusual circumstances, uses varied techniques, and reconciles incomplete or conflicting data in preparing responses.


• Maintains current knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation that may affect the real estate industry.

• Participate in collaboration activities with country and global teams to identify synergies for knowledge sharing and special projects


• Render support to the Business Line Leader in all undertakings leading to the achievement of country key performance indicators (KPIs) for the business unit
