Qualifications

Proven ability to build and manage client relationships in a real estate context.
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills to fill the pipeline.
Excellent negotiation and closing capabilities on lease terms.
Solid understanding of occupier market trends and dynamics.
Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Develop leasing strategies to win new clients and grow market share.
Identify opportunities to expand relationships with existing clients, including relocations and renewals.
Proactively identify new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
Manage client relationships and drive transactions from origination to completion.
Advise clients on occupancy options, market conditions and rental rates.
Coordinate negotiations and documentation through to transaction close.
