Responsibilities

• Actively market and promote the company's residential properties to prospective tenants
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease terms with potential tenants
• Manage the entire leasing process, including preparation and finalization of lease agreements
• Oversee the turn over process for new and departing tenants
• Handle contract management and coordinate with the accounting team for payments and invoices
