Job summary

HRTX is seeking a hands-on Leasing Associate to support end-to-end leasing activities for a property with residential and serviced-unit components in Malate, Manila. You will generate and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, coordinate documentation, and support tenant onboarding and retention by coordinating with Property Management, Finance and Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of leasing or related experience.
• Experience in property leasing or hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact confidently with tenants.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify prospective tenant leads through online platforms, referrals, walk-ins, social media, brokers, and other available channels.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and provide accurate information on available units, rental rates, amenities, policies, and requirements.
• Follow up with prospective tenants and maintain an active leasing pipeline to support occupancy and leasing targets.
• Maintain an organized database of prospects, inquiries, viewings, follow-ups, and leasing activities.
• Conduct property and unit viewings, present available spaces, and understand the requirements of prospective tenants.
• Explain rental rates, lease terms, house rules, move-in requirements, and other relevant property policies.
• Assist with tenant screening, KYC requirements, document collection, and preparation of leasing documents.
• Coordinate lease contracts, renewals, and other required documentation with the appropriate internal teams.
• Coordinate with Property Management, Finance, Maintenance, and other teams to facilitate tenant move-ins and ensure unit readiness.
• Assist with tenant orientation, including property facilities, house rules, policies, and move-in procedures.
• Support lease renewals and tenant retention by maintaining regular communication with existing tenants.
• Address tenant concerns and coordinate with the appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Support property marketing activities, including online listings, promotions, open houses, and other lead-generation initiatives.
• Monitor competitor properties, rental rates, market conditions, and leasing trends to support leasing activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate leasing reports, records, and documentation.
• Perform other operational and leasing-related tasks as assigned.

The Leasing Associate will support the end-to-end leasing activities of a property with residential and serviced-unit components. The role focuses on generating and converting leasing leads, assisting prospective tenants, conducting property viewings, coordinating documentation, and supporting tenant onboarding and retention.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is comfortable interacting with clients, following up on leads, presenting properties, and coordinating with different teams to ensure a smooth leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in leasing, real estate, property management, sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience in property leasing, tenant acquisition, real estate sales, or hospitality/serviced-unit operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently interact with prospective and existing tenants.
• Comfortable conducting property viewings and presenting units, amenities, rental terms, and property policies.Strong follow-up, lead generation, and relationship-building skills.Organized and detail-oriented, particularly in handling tenant information, leasing documents, and follow-ups.
• Comfortable working with online platforms, social media, and other channels for lead generation and property marketing.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or CRM or leasing management systems.Results-oriented and willing to work toward leasing and occupancy targets.
• Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila and coordinate with tenants, brokers, and internal property teams.
