• Proven ability to manage occupancy rates, vacancies, and lease renewals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and property maintenance coordination skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage residential leasing activities and maintain target occupancy and lease renewal rates.
• Lead tenant sourcing, unit viewing, leasing, and move-in/move-out activities.
• Negotiate lease rates, terms, renewals, and contract conditions with tenants.
• Manage lease contracts, renewals, amendments, expirations, and other leasing documents.
• Coordinate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure unit readiness and timely resolution of tenant concerns.
