Concentrix Experts Colombia S.A.S. in the Philippines seeks a Senior Renewal Sales Specialist to partner with global technology leaders and drive contract renewals and upsell opportunities. You will manage a dedicated client territory, forecast sales, and ensure a superior customer experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), MS Office, and the ability to work from home. A proven sales track record and remote work readiness are required.

Formación

• 4+ years in customer service or sales required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Experience with high-volume calling.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and data.
• Willingness to work from home.

Responsabilidades

• Sell renewals/services within assigned territory to meet revenue quota.
• Provide accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop product/service knowledge to answer client questions.
• Handle objections and retain or win customers.
• Maintain CRM data accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with team and management for a professional customer experience.
