Job summary

Satellite Office in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Customer Engagement Specialist to turn inquiries into confirmed appointments for the AU sales team and to drive repeat service bookings with warm, consultative communication across phone, email, SMS, and other channels.

You will join a multi-channel contact centre supporting Australia’s largest used vehicle retailer, based in Perth, while working from Manila time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contact centre or customer service with sales support or appointment-setting.
• Confident handling of objections with a consultative, low-pressure approach.
• Excellent written and spoken English for Australian customers.
• Able to manage inbound and outbound calls across multiple channels.
• Accurate and tidy record-keeping in CRM or similar systems.
• Independent problem-solving, including handling escalated calls.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule including weekends (5 days/week, 2 days off).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound enquiries and follow up leads across phone, email, SMS and digital channels.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Make warm outbound calls to existing customers to promote and book vehicle services.
• Use a consultative, low-pressure approach to handle hesitations and objections.
• Take escalated calls and resolve them with ownership.
• Keep customer records and the database accurate and up to date.
• Coach and support new hires as they settle in.
• Work toward team targets while maintaining positive customer interactions.
