Job summary

Aventus is seeking a Senior Recruitment Resourcer to support our team with candidate sourcing, research, market mapping and delivery.

This 180° role focuses on finding and qualifying high-quality candidates rather than winning new clients. Based in Manila with remote/hybrid arrangements, you will manage multiple assignments and build talent pools to support our network.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, executive search or talent sourcing.
• Strong candidate-sourcing and research skills are required.
• Confidence engaging and interviewing candidates.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience using LinkedIn and recruitment databases.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven, fully remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate home-working setup.

Responsibilities
