Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to use relevant tools effectively in day-to-day recruitment activities.
• Strong understanding and practical experience of RPO models, processes, and best practices.
• Proficient in using recruitment technology and systems as an end user, with the ability to navigate and leverage tools effectively to support recruitment delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with Senior hiring managers/stakeholders. Independently execute the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services to them, providing counsel and SME knowledge on the process.
• Lead discussions on attraction strategies with Sourcing and hiring managers based on market needs.
• Monitor funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure a smooth candidate and client experience.
• Coach Recruiters, Sourcers, and Administrators on best practices and client culture.
• Take ownership to ensure recruitment services align with contractual obligations and SLAs.
