AMS is seeking a Principal - Talent Sourcing to lead proactive candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and market insights. You will influence hiring decisions and deliver high-quality shortlists while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven passive sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, SeekOut and ATS/CRM tools.
• In-depth knowledge of banking and financial services industry.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume SLA-driven environment.
• Willing to work in the APAC shift.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
• Lead recruiting discussions and advise on sourcing strategies and market insights.
• Leverage talent data to inform hiring decisions and recruitment strategies.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with clear recommendations.
• Partner with managers to address hiring challenges and gather feedback.

Key Accountabilities

• Build strong partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
• Lead recruiting discussions and serve as a trusted advisor on sourcing strategies and market insights.
• Leverage talent intelligence and labor market data to influence hiring decisions and shape recruitment strategies.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists, providing clear recommendations and talent market perspectives.
• Partner with hiring managers to address hiring challenges, gather feedback, and drive successful recruitment outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior sourcing team members, promoting best practices and continuous development.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for niche, specialized, and hard-to-fill positions.
• Utilize data and analytics to monitor sourcing effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proactively identify, engage, and attract top talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, social media, and direct headhunting.
• Conduct consultative candidate conversations to assess skills, experience, motivations, and career aspirations.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines and long-term candidate relationships.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication and regular updates.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across multiple levels
• Experience in passive sourcing using a broad range of techniques and technologies including Boolean Searching and LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Out and in house ATS or CRM technologies.
• Solid professional experience and in-depth knowledge of the banking and financial services industry
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction
• Willing to work in the APAC shift
