Job summary

AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter who thrives on delivering end-to-end recruitment services to clients. You will build trusted relationships with senior hiring managers, lead discussions on attraction strategies, and guide hiring managers through offers and negotiations to close candidates.

In a fast-paced environment, you will mentor Recruiters and Sourcers, monitor funnel metrics, and ensure timely delivery in line with contracts.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and recruitment tools.
• Strong understanding of RPO models, processes, and best practices.
• Comfortable using recruitment technology and systems as an end user.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment services for senior stakeholders.
• Lead discussions on attraction strategies with sourcing and hiring managers.
• Coach hiring managers on role requirements, sourcing plans, and timelines.
• Monitor funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks early.
• Ensure a smooth candidate and client experience through collaboration with Sourcing and Administration teams.
• Support offer negotiations and close candidates in line with contracts.
